I listed my property with Wendy Wright and one week later it was sold. The way she promoted the property made the difference. After the initial sale there was a lot of paper work and I live in Hong Kong. Wendy did a fantastic job communicating and following up with everyone. I have never been so impressed and pleased!!!

I absolutely couldn’t recommend Wendy Wright enough. We are first time home buyers and bought our first family home and Wendy helped us through the process for two years. She was more then patient with as a we changed our minds with locations a few times. She spent many weekend days and evenings to support us in finding our first home, and even traveled beyond the Franklin county area. She was very non-biased and open minded and it was very clear that she got to know what we were looking for by her recommendations. She was also very honest while being professional. If in the future we decide to sell our home and buy again, we will absolutely come to Wendy again.

Will Wright is the property manager for my home and I can't say enough wonderful things about him. Will is professional, has a great personality, he is communicative, and a very kind person. With Will managing my home I don't have to be worried or concerned. If there is something that needs to be fixed or done for the tenants Will lets me know right away and keeps me informed. He has a lot on his plate and still manages to respond to emails quickly and get the right people out to help keep my home in best condition possible.
