Why Work With Us?

Sandy River Realty handled not only my rental but also the sale of this property in Weld. I dealt with both Will and Wendy Wright during my time and both went above and beyond in regards to the rental and sale of this property. I was very happy that I was able to bring these two on board.

Purchasing a home is always an overwhelming process but having Charlotte as our realtor made everything less stressful. She was right on top of everything that needed to be done; including paperwork and inspections. Every time I messaged her she responded with prompt and helpful answers. We truly felt like she had our best interests in mind the whole time. She was a pleasure and we are very thankful we got the chance to work with her during this process. We would highly recommend Charlotte Lane!
