Wendy showed me some Camp properties. I appreciated Wendy`s continual completeness, i.e.:showing up for our appointments with complete documentation about the property she was showing me. I particularly enjoyed Wendy`s non-aggressive, friendly, sincere personality. Wendy was always easy to communicate with, always punctual, and would consistently follow up with a friendly, polite, non aggressive e-mail.

She helped us search up and down for a property that had everything we needed. We were very picky as to what we wanted to see, and what was out of the question, but Wendy stuck by us and she led us to the perfect home.

Wendy you went above and beyond our expectations in every way we could've imagined! You sold our camp in a tough economy and in a tiny town with very little buyer traffic. We were amazed at the amount of effort you put into it, from flyers, to our open house (timed perfectly with the one occasion a year there is a bit of traffic!) Once the camp was sold you went right to work helping us to locate our dream house, which we will be forever grateful to you for. You are the BEST OF THE BEST!!

Gary S. was very customer friendly. He would always be there for us when we needed him. Was very nice and personable. Would recommend him to anyway looking for a place to buy or sell! He was flexible with scheduling too!

Wendy was awesome and wonderful so was her husband Will. They both helped me look at two great properties that I liked. They even took the time out on a Saturday to show me one of the properties. They were upfront with me about both properties in regards to Maine state tenant laws, had previous negative experiences with other landlords not following Maine State tenant laws. Best property managers I've ever worked with.

Wendy, she was excellent in selling our cottage. She and her husband made a video that was out of this world. I knew when I saw the video we had picked the right agent. I'm sorry to say we were hard to deal with and she had great patience. I would recommend her to anyone.

Charlotte assisted us in purchasing our cabin (camp). She was a pleasure to have as our realtor. She walked us through the process we haven't done in 15 years, and even during a pandemic.  Charlotte was quick to respond to our many questions and always went above and beyond. We enjoy keeping in touch with her and would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a camp, cabin, or home.
